Our Policies

Our designs are all handmade especially for each customers' order.
Please allow a delivery time of up to 2 to 3 weeks. This, of course, is idictated
by the ‘season’ and in many cases, delivery can be made much sooner. We often
try to make extras of popular items to have on hand so it's best to call us and see
what we have if you need a quick delivery. Please call us and ask about current
delivery times. We ship all orders complete, and if we are unable to ship complete
we will contact you and give you an option for a split shipment.

Since each item is made especially for each customer there are no returns or
exchanges without prior written consent. All claims must be made within 5 days
upon receiving order. Damage claims please keep all the packaging and contact us,
we will contact UPS and they may want to inspect it.
